Job summary

STARK is hiring an Account Manager to lead and grow our Hospitality & Contract business across the West Coast, based out of our Los Angeles showroom.

This role owns relationships with hospitality groups, contract designers, architecture firms, purchasing agents, and general contractors — managing the full sales cycle from specification through delivery. The ideal candidate understands RFQs, spec packages, lead times, and multi-stakeholder decision-making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in hospitality, contract, or commercial interiors.
• Background in design — a degree, coursework, or professional experience in interior design, architecture, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of hospitality and contract accounts across the West Coast.
• Drive new business development within the hospitality and contract segment through prospecting and showroom visits.
• Represent STARK at industry events, trade shows, and hospitality design association functions.
• Guide clients through specification, custom rug and broadloom development, and quoting for large-scale projects.
• Partner with design and production teams to manage custom development timelines, samples, and strike-offs for contract orders.
• Track project pipelines and order status from quote through delivery, coordinating with purchasing agents and contractors.
• Maintain accurate account data in HubSpot, including project stage and revenue forecasting.
