Job summary

STARK Carpet is seeking an Account Manager to lead and grow our Hospitality & Contract business across the West Coast from the Los Angeles showroom. You will manage relationships with hotel groups, design firms, procurement teams, and contractors from specification through delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hospitality or contract sales, a design background, proven ability to navigate RFQs and multi-stakeholder projects, and a track record of delivering on time with accuracy in

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in hospitality, contract, or commercial interiors.
• Background in interior design, architecture, or related field.
• Existing relationships with hospitality design firms or contract procurement teams on West Coast.
• Understanding of RFQs, specifications, bid/quote processes, and project-based purchasing.
• Willingness to travel across the West Coast.
• CRM proficiency and ability to manage quotes and orders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage hospitality/contract accounts across the West Coast.
• Drive new business through showroom visits and industry events.
• Represent STARK at trade shows and design association functions.
• Guide clients from specification through delivery of rug and broadloom products.
• Collaborate with design and production teams on timelines and strike-offs for contract-scale orders.
• Track project pipelines and coordinate schedules with procurement and contractors.
• Maintain account data in HubSpot and assist with territory planning and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
