Job summary

The Salisbury & Moore Construction Project Manager will lead assigned construction projects to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with contract requirements. You will cultivate client relationships, oversee project teams, and support business development while traveling 20-30% to project sites across the U.S.

The role requires excellent communication, strong leadership, and extensive construction PM experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project handoffs with estimators to confirm scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop and manage project schedules with superintendents.
• Conduct daily jobsite meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Administer subcontractor contracts and document site activity.
• Monitor costs, change orders, and safety compliance.
