Qualifications

• Proven experience managing hospitality construction projects, including hotels, resorts, extended-stay facilities, or other hospitality-related developments.
• Strong background in commercial construction project management.
• Ability to successfully manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client expectations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
• Passion for delivering exceptional results and creating outstanding client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate hospitality and commercial projects ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.
• Develop strong client relationships and lead project meetings as primary communicator.
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, risk, and financial performance.
• Own bid processes: pre-qualification, estimating coordination, proposals, bids.
• Collaborate with BD, estimators, architects, engineers, subs, and superintendents.
• Maintain site presence with travel to project sites for oversight.
• Drive project outcomes with focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and team performance.
