Job summary

You will craft cocktails, beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks, take orders, recommend options, and ensure a positive guest experience.

You will maintain bar cleanliness, manage inventory, handle POS transactions, verify IDs, comply with alcohol regulations, and support the team with prep and closing duties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic math and money handling skills.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non alcoholic drinks.
• Prepare drinks using proper pouring with jigger and wine carafe.
• Take orders and provide recommendations to guests.
• Set up and clean the bar, restock supplies, and manage inventory.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and verify IDs.
• Assist in food service when required and support team during peak times.
