The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in A/E/C business development or related fields, strong communication, and a proactive, self-directed approach. Compensation includes annual pay range and bonus opportunities.

• Develop a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and drive BD efforts.
• Engage in industry organizations; stay current with hospitality trends.
• Coordinate with Marketing for RFQ/P responses and interview logistics.
