Responsibilities

Identify, research, and qualify pursuit leads for luxury hospitality projects.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Collaborate with Interiors and other design teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
Cultivate long-term client relationships with the Hospitality Team.
Prepare BD reports, lead weekly strategy meetings, and maintain CRM.
Coordinate with Marketing for RFQ/P responses and interview logistics.
Attend industry conferences and engage in professional organizations.
