PF Changs China Bistro is hiring bartenders to join our scratch-kitchen restaurant team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will craft cocktails, manage bar service, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience with a friendly, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcohol.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations.
• Make and execute P.F. Chang's alcoholic beverage recipes, including garnishes.
• Operate and cleans bar equipment and assist in inventories and restocking of beverages.
• Understands seating layout and service flow to deliver food efficiently.
• Collaborates with hospitality team to ensure guests have everything they need.
• Learn to set and clear tables neatly per company specs.
• Follow procedures for responsible alcoholic service.
