P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring bartenders to join our scratch kitchen restaurant. Our team members provide exceptional guest experiences and deliver hospitality with pride.

You will craft cocktails, maintain bar, assist with inventory, and work with the dining team to ensure guests have everything they need. This role offers competitive pay and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Current Food Handler Card or ability to obtain where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Make and execute P.F. Chang’s alcoholic beverage recipes, including garnishes.
• Operate and clean bar equipment and assist in inventories and restocking.
• Understand seating layout and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
• Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure guests have everything they need; learn table setting per standards.
