Qualifications

• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcohol.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Current Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain where applicable.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations.
• Makes and executes P.F. Chang's alcoholic beverage recipes, including garnishes.
• Operates and cleans bar equipment and assists in inventories and restocking beverages.
• Understands restaurant seating layout and service areas to deliver food efficiently.
• Partners with hospitality team to ensure guests have everything they need.
• Learns to set and clear tables neatly according to company specifications.
• Follows company procedures for responsible alcoholic service.
