PF Changs China Bistro is seeking Bartenders to join our team. You will be a core member of our scratch-kitchen dining operation, delivering a guest-focused experience, crafting beverages, and operating bar procedures.

The role offers flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, and opportunities for advancement. Knowledge of drink preparation and safety is valued, with a focus on exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
• Current Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding hospitality and guest experiences.
• Prepare and serve beverages per PF Chang's recipes.
• Operate and maintain bar equipment; assist with inventory and restocking.
• Understand seating layout to serve guests efficiently.
• Collaborate with the hospitality team to meet guest needs.
• Learn to set and clear tables according to PF Chang's China Bistro standards.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service procedures.
