Qualifications

• Notary License preferred as an optional credential.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the hospitality ambassador of the financial center, guiding client flow and delivering a high-touch experience.
• Processes everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identifies client needs and referrals to partners to reach financial goals.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enable self-serve solutions.
• Maintains knowledge of basic banking products and services to advise client solutions.
• Manages a broad range of client transactions within set financial limits.
• Escalates non-standard issues according to policy and procedure.
