Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative at the Flushing, NY location. You will be the hospitality ambassador, guiding client traffic and delivering accurate, high-touch banking transactions while educating clients on products and digital tools to help them meet financial goals.

As the first point of contact, you’ll identify client needs, refer to specialists when needed, and uphold risk and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience acceptable).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients, greeting and guiding them through visits.
• Deliver accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions and deepen client relationships.
• Educate clients on products and self-serve solutions and refer to specialists as needed.
• Identify client needs and offer appropriate banking solutions within policy limits.
• Maintain knowledge of basic banking products and services to recommend client solutions.
• Handle a broad range of client transactions and multi-step activities within financial limits.
