Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsabilités

• Be the hospitality ambassador for the bank location, guiding traffic and delivering a high touch client experience.
• Handle everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently while deepening client relationships.
• Educate clients on products and self-serve options, referring to specialists as needed.
• Assist with routine inquiries and refer non-standard issues appropriately.
• Maintain compliance with TD's policies and AML regulations.
• Support clients by educating on digital capabilities and ensuring risk-aware outcomes.
