Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work during evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow and referrals to appropriate partners.
• Delivers everyday banking transactions and supports consumer product needs with accuracy and compliance.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and save time.
