Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a customer-focused associate in Brooklyn, NY to serve as the hospitality ambassador at the branch, handling the flow of clients and delivering accurate, high-touch service. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience accepted).
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Able to work during evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients, guiding traffic flow and delivering high-touch service.
• Process everyday banking transactions accurately and refer clients to partners to reach financial goals.
• Educate clients on products and self-serve solutions while recommending suitable solutions for routine needs.
• Identify and assess client problems using standard procedures; escalate non-standard issues as needed.
