In this role you will greet clients, open and service accounts, guide them through Chase Mobile App and ATMs, and collaborate with branch teammates to exceed expectations while adhering to policies and regulatory

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to greet clients, listen, and build trusted relationships.
• Ability to learn products, services, and branch procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools such as Chase Mobile App and ATM usage.
• Build meaningful relationships through active listening and empathetic service, collaborating with team members.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank procedures.
