You will build trusted relationships, educate clients on products, and support branch operations with cash handling and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Customer-service experience or comparable experience.

• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet and queue system.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with team members to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash-handling duties while following bank policies and procedures.
