You will use Chase Mobile App and digital tools to assist clients, explain products, and help them achieve their financial goals while collaborating with the branch team. A high school diploma is required, with cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations with account servicing and new accounts while following policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in compliance with bank policies.
