Chelsea Hospitality Group in Morristown, NJ, is seeking a Hospitality Attendant to support catering operations and meeting room setups in a brand-new, sustainably-designed office building. You will help ensure seamless food and beverage service for meetings and events, maintain conference rooms and pantries, and deliver warm, professional hospitality.

Formación

• Eagerness to learn and grow.
• Strong hospitality mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience in guest-facing hospitality preferred but not required.
• Ability to work well in a team and take direction as needed.
• Available to work 6am–7pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional early mornings/evenings/weekends.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds.
• English fluency; additional languages preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests.
• Set up, maintain, and clean up catered meals, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, beautiful presentation, and attention to detail.
• Stay informed and knowledgeable of all menu items and proper mise to accompany each dish.
• Prepare and organize conference rooms as well as other workplace hospitality venues.
• Maintain the high standards of cleanliness and proper appearance throughout all areas of the workplace hospitality venues.
• Collaborate with culinary, facilities, and IT teams to ensure meetings and events are setup for success and run smoothly.
• Maintain an inventory of catering and conference room supplies, restocking as needed.
• Restock and maintain workplace pantries, ensuring cleanliness and availability of refreshments and supplies.
