The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the provision of exceptional guest experiences and managing the various hospitality services within and around the facility. This position ensures the highest level of guest satisfaction through effective management of hospitality operations and events at Paragon Star. Responsibilities include hiring and supervising staff, event planning and management, and related functions. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate event schedules.
Minimum of 3+ years in hospitality management or related field. Event management experience required.
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, squat, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds. Work in all weather conditions and high noise levels, with potential need for hearing protection. Reasonable accommodations may be provided.
