Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in system implementation, IT management, or hospitality operations.
• Experience in purchasing, inventory management, and reconciliation.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 90% with limited notice.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct onsite team resources and schedules.
• Collect operational requirements and design configurations.
• Recommend using Agilysys products to maximize efficiency.
• Identify and manage project scope and milestones.
• Collaborate with clients to minimize risks and develop escalation plans.
• Install, configure, and test system configurations.
• Manage data conversion and reconciliation efforts.
• Document project details for ongoing support.
