The Hospitality Aide provides non-clinical support to residents and nursing staff. This position does not include medication administration, feeding residents, or duties requiring CNA or nursing credentials.
Minimum eighth-grade education required; high school diploma or GED preferred. Previous healthcare, hospitality, housekeeping, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required. No CNA certification is required for this non-clinical support position.
The position regularly requires standing, walking, sitting, reaching, speaking, hearing and reading. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds and safely transport residents using wheelchairs. Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities.
