Spring Valley Health & Rehab in Wisconsin is seeking Hospitality Aides to support residents while you train to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). No CNA certification required to start; we provide training and mentorship.

What You’ll Do (AKA: Your Everyday Superpowers)

• Assist residents with daily activities like meals, hydration, companionship, and mobility—no hands‑on care required at this stage.
• Provide warm, friendly interactions that brighten our residents' days.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable environment for residents and staff.

• Work closely with CNAs and nurses to learn care routines and protocols.
• Provide updates and observations about residents' well-being to the nursing team.
• Pitch in where needed to help our community run smoothly.

• Enroll in a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program, fully supported by our team.
• Receive hands‑on experience and mentorship as you prepare to take your certification exam.
• Transition to a CNA role with us upon successful completion!

What You Bring to the Table (Besides a Great Attitude)

Physical & Schedule Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with resident movement under supervision.

Salary: $15.19 - $17.63*

$2.00/Hour PM Shift Differential

$4.00/Hour NOC Shift Differential
