Job summary

Pine Canyon Club in Flagstaff, AZ, invites applications for a part-time Hospitality Agent role. The position is seasonal and expected to last six months or less, with duties centered around guest services and front-desk operations on the property.

The ideal candidate demonstrates eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality environment. Knowledge of lodging systems and cash handling is beneficial, with eligibility for standard healthcare and retirement benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training acceptable
• Knowledge of lodging system application preferred

Responsibilities

• Accurately posts all charges to guest’s bills
• Checks guests in and out of cabins based on established procedures
• Promotes activities and special events at the facilities
• Provides accurate information about cabins and surrounding area
• Answers guest questions and provides directions
• Accounts for all cash, checks, and credit card receipts
• Handles all printed folios and required paperwork
• Activates emergency procedures as needed
• Assists with faxing, copying and message taking
• Answers phone promptly and directs calls appropriately
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance
• Performs other duties as required

Pine Canyon Club, located in Flagstaff, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Hospitality Agent! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Key Responsibilities of the Hospitality Agent:

• Accurately posts all charges to guest’s bills.
• Checks all guests in and out of the cabins based on established procedures.
• Promotes activities and special events the facilities.
• Provides accurate and complete information about the cabins and the surrounding area.
• Answers guest questions and provides directions.
• Accountable for all cash, checks and credit card receipts.
• Accountable for all printed folios and required supporting paperwork.
• Activates the appropriate emergency procedures in the event of a fire, accident, weather or medical emergency.
• Assists with faxing, copying and message taking duties.
• Promptly answers the phone and direct calls to the appropriate location.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications for the Hospitality Agent:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of lodging system application.
