Job summary

Pine Canyon Club in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a part-time Hospitality Agent for a seasonal 6-month opportunity within Troon’s hospitality-focused property organization. The role focuses on guest services, cash handling, and guest information delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) and knowledge of lodging systems. Healthcare and retirement benefits are available as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of lodging system application.

Responsibilities

• Accurately posts all charges to guest’s bills.
• Checks guests in and out of the cabins following procedures.
• Promotes activities and events at the facilities.
• Provides accurate information about cabins and surrounding area.
• Answers guest questions and provides directions.
• Accounts for all cash, checks and credit card receipts.
• Responsible for all printed folios and required paperwork.
• Activates emergency procedures in case of fire, accident, weather or medical incident.
• Assists with faxing, copying and message taking duties.
• Answers the phone promptly and routes calls appropriately.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.
