Poston Butte Golf Club in Florence, AZ, is seeking a part-time server to join a fast-paced, hospitality-focused team. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction while adhering to safety and alcohol policies.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of food service experience and strong communication skills. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is preferred, with opportunities to grow within a Troon-managed organization.

Formación

• 1–2 years of food service experience
• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law
• Must possess excellent customer service skills
• Must be dependable
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work in a team environment

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service
• Display knowledge of the F&B menu
• Take guests' food and/or drink orders and relay to kitchen/bar
• Serve beverages and meals to guests accurately and timely
• Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol policies and verify age
• Check back to ensure guest satisfaction and replenish items
• Suggest desserts, coffee and other items as applicable
• Handle cash and/or credit card payments per SOPs
• Keep dining areas and workstations sanitized and organized
• Respond to customer complaints
• Perform cleaning and closing procedures as assigned
• Perform other duties as needed by supervisor or manager
