Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in hospitality accounting.
• Experience with income audit and night audit operations is a plus.
• Proficiency with OPERA PMS and MICROS hospitality systems.
• Strong Excel/Word skills and basic accounting software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices for guest, city ledger, group, and event accounts.
• Post payments via cards, wires, ACH, and checks.
• Reconcile accounts including group accounts, OTA billings, and tax-exempt postings.
• Assist with month-end AR close and maintain documentation.
