SHERATON MIAMI AIRPORT HOTEL is seeking an Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting operations, focusing on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. The role collaborates with hotel departments, clients, vendors, and the Finance team to ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and proper month-end close.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in AP/AR, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with hotel accounting practices.

Competenze

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
• Minimum of three (3) years of Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel; knowledge of general ledger accounting principles.

Mansioni

• Prepare and issue invoices for assigned accounts, including large airline and corporate clients.
• Review supporting docs and reconcile charges prior to billing.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on outstanding balances.
