Job summary

Montage International is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Bluffton, SC. The role focuses on maintaining, controlling, and balancing group master accounts for the hotel, enforcing standard invoicing procedures, and supporting the Accounts Receivable Supervisor in credit, collections, and billing activities.

Ideal candidates will have high school education, experience in accounts receivable, and strong organizational and communication skills. The position is full-time and office-based.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Researching and responding to credit card merchant retrievals and chargebacks promptly.
• Handling guest inquiry calls and emails daily.
• Reviewing estimates with group event contacts and communicating with events managers.
• Collecting payments for future events promptly per deposit policies.
• Validating resort activities posted to group master accounts and reconciling postings.
• Collecting payments for final post-checkout invoices.
• Communicating invoice status with meetings & events managers.
• Reconciling room charges from Club outlets to hotel guest folios with Club team reporting.
