Job summary

Palmetto Bluff is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Bluffton, SC to maintain, balance, and control member accounts, ensuring adherence to billing procedures and accurate reporting.

The role supports the finance team with credit reconciliation, collections, and billing and serves as the key contact for members regarding account questions. Exceptional organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all member accounts receivable.
• Research credit card merchant retrievals and chargebacks.
• Post member payments from bank to member accounts.
• Monthly statement generation and mailing.
• Manage AR aging and collections.
• Assist Real Estate with club balances for closings.
• Assist with dues reconciliation.
• Manage cash Bank.
