Job summary

Hospitality Organization in Chandler, AZ is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and support the financial performance of a multi-location business.

You will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain internal controls, and partner with operational leadership to drive profitability and informed decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong accounting expertise with a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, month-end close processes, financial reporting and account reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel; hospitality industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger accounting, month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and fixed asset accounting activities.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and applicable tax and regulatory requirements.
• Support annual audits, oversee internal controls, and recommend process improvements.
• Partner with operations leaders to monitor labor costs, revenue trends, occupancy, and other key hospitality metrics.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff while helping scale accounting processes to support company growth.
