AC Hotel McKinney seeks an Accounting Manager to lead daily financial operations, partner with the General Manager and department leaders, and ensure accurate records. You will manage cash flow, payroll, purchasing, and reporting while upholding brand standards and hospitality policies.

This hands-on role focuses on safeguarding internal controls, driving profitability, and providing timely financial insights to support decision making in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, hotel or hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of AP/AR, payroll, budgeting, income audit, GL, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Manage AP/AR, vendor payments, invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and account maintenance.
• Support month-end/year-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Monitor expenses, assist budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance with policies and regulations.
