Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead financial reporting, close processes, and internal controls at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. The role oversees AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger activities, ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate reporting.

You will partner with department leaders on budgets and profitability analyses, support audits, and drive process improvements across accounting operations. A strong background in hospitality finance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes and prepare financial statements.
• Oversee Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Ledger activities.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, USALI, and tax requirements.
• Provide financial analysis for budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and implement corrective actions.
