Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking an Accounting Manager for our Hasbrouck Heights hotel. This on-site role leads HR and accounting operations, payroll and benefits administration, and staff development.

You will collaborate with the General Manager and corporate HR/accounting leadership to ensure policy compliance and accurate reporting. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in hospitality accounting, strong communication, and a track record of team development and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting/finance management experience in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, HR and benefits administration.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR and Accounting operations for the hotel.
• Manage performance appraisals, record-keeping, counseling and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with personnel policies and departmental communication.
• Collaborate with General Manager and Corporate Directors of HR and Accounting.
• Lead payroll processing staff and ensure wage/salary reviews are completed.
• Maintain adherence to company SOPs and safety procedures.
