Canteen is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to support the financial and administrative backbone of our hospitality operations. You’ll partner with the operations team to ensure accuracy, accountability, and smooth day-to-day processes that keep our business running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
• Experience with payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliation processes.
• Clear, professional communication with clients and vendors.
• Ability to juggle multiple administrative and accounting tasks while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll and HR forms on time.
• Process vendor payables and manage journal entries.
• Maintain client accounts and AR invoices; follow up on delinquent accounts.
• Reconcile cash receipts and inventory for accuracy.
• Assist with invoice entry, transfers, and AP research.
• Maintain organized filing of paid invoices.
• Enter and balance purchasing card receipts.
• Maintain data in inventory systems.
• Enter and follow up on work orders to keep projects moving.
• Support broader team with additional duties.
