Job summary

Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to support AR/AP, payroll and general accounting for the Kingston Resorts properties in Myrtle Beach. You will handle month-end responsibilities and collaborate with SSCs and other finance teams to maintain accuracy and profitability.

This year-round, full-time role requires strong numerical skills, Excel proficiency and clear communication. Flexibility for a busy hospitality environment and holiday coverage is expected, with

Qualifications

• General knowledge of accounting operations and numerical aptitude.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and colleagues.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel software.
• Ability to learn essential job functions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest and charge inquiries to support profitability.
• Collaborate with SSCs and service providers to resolve disputes.
• Participate in monthly accounts production and month-end duties.
• Execute internal controls over revenues, expenses, assets and liabilities.
• Maintain relationships with finance and corporate departments.
