Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an Accounting Clerk for The Wade – Lakeshore in Chicago. The role handles daily revenue recording, AP/AR processing, and reconciliation tasks while supporting a busy hotel environment.

The ideal candidate has a college degree in accounting or related experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with hotel POS/F-O systems. On-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• College degree in Accounting or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills including formulas, VLookups, pivot tables.
• Experience with hotel front office systems and POS systems is desired.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and record daily revenue totals and ensure accurate postings.
• Audit and post AP invoices for payment processing and prepare checks with supporting documents.
• Prepare and send AR invoices for approval and maintain AR filing.
• Balance daily credit card postings and reconcile settlements.
• Distribute daily reports to outlets and flag discrepancies.
• Compare POs to invoices and process payments after approvals.
