Qualifications

• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Hotel or resort experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and accuracy of charges.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues to WOW guests.
• Supervise daily shift processes and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Train and coach front desk team members for quality operation.
• Maintain the Sundries shop and inventory, and coordinate with other departments.
