Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Front Desk Supervisor for The Wade - Lakeshore in Chicago, IL. You will lead a dynamic front desk team, greet guests, handle check-ins, and ensure exceptional service across our 520-room property with 20,386 sq ft of meeting space.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and special requests.
• Provide exceptional guest service and engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Supervise daily front desk operations and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping to meet guest needs.
• Train and mentor Front Desk Agents to deliver WOW customer service.
