Job summary

Wickenburg Ranch Golf & Social Club is seeking an Accounting Assistant to handle general office duties, Accounts Payable processes, payroll submissions, and employee documentation, while managing Accounts Receivable functions within a Troon-managed hospitality environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to accounting standards, and the preparation of reports to support monthly and interim cycles; some HR onboarding support and record-keeping tasks are included.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years accounting experience or knowledge equivalent.
• Highly detail oriented.
• Familiar with accounting procedures and have experience with accounting software programs.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Troon accounting standards and best practices.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting information for posting to the general ledger.
• Route Accounts Payable invoices for approval and posting in accounting system.
• Provide and maintain reports to support monthly and interim reporting cycles.
• Manage data base, files, reports, records and spreadsheets.
• Maintain record keeping, filing systems and processes daily mail.
• Assist with HR functions in regard to new employee onboarding as needed.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Monthly member billing statements and delinquency coordination with Club Controller.
• Process member payments and refunds with Membership and Lifestyle teams.
