Job summary

Wickenburg Ranch Golf & Social Club is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support a hospitality environment with accounts payable, payroll submissions, and accounts receivable functions. The role maintains accounting records, posts to the general ledger, and provides reporting for monthly cycles.

The position may involve onboarding-related HR tasks, membership billing, and occasional backup support for the Concierge desk.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years accounting experience or equivalent
• Highly detail oriented and accurate in posting
• Familiar with accounting procedures and software programs

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable, payroll submissions, and AR functions
• Maintain and post to general ledger
• Route AP invoices for approval and posting in accounting system
• Provide reports to support monthly and interim reporting cycles
• Assist with HR tasks related to onboarding as needed
• Process monthly member billing, delinquent accounts follow-up, refunds and inquiries
• Backup Concierge desk and support Membership/Lifestyle teams as needed
