Wickenburg Ranch Golf & Social Club in Wickenburg, AZ is seeking a full-time Guest Service Attendant who will deliver courteous guest service, assist with cart operations, and support golf events.

You will learn and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property, contributing to a welcoming guest experience and maintaining course standards in daily operations.

Qualifications

• One-month related experience or training.
• Minimum 1 year experience at a private golf club of similar size.
• Hospitality or service industry experience required.
• Future PGA Class A and Associates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot.
• Assist in setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
• Provide sincere and courteous service to guests, including bag handling and club cleaning.
• Maintain cart staging, bag drop, cart storage, and cart wash areas in a neat condition.
• Prepare golf carts for play following club and Troon standards.
• Educate players regarding course policy, cart policy, and speed of play.
• Assist players by changing golf spikes when needed.
• Perform range and practice facility maintenance, including setup, presentation, and ball inventory.
• Direct start of play when necessary.
• Maintain records of golfers renting clubs and service rental clubs.
• Assist with food and beverage activities.
• Welcome members and guests upon arrival and assist with valet and retrieving golf bags.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
• Perform other duties as required.
