Comanche Trace in Kerrville, Texas is seeking a Full-Time Accounting Assistant to support general office tasks including Accounts Payable, payroll submissions, and Accounts Receivable, contributing to accurate golf club operations accounting. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of accounting experience, is highly detail oriented, and familiar with accounting software programs and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years accounting experience & knowledge equivalent.
• Highly detail oriented.
• Familiar with accounting procedures and have experience with accounting software programs.

Responsibilities

• Handles Accounts Payable, payroll submissions and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Maintains accurate accounting information for posting to the general ledger.
• Supports HR onboarding and related administrative tasks.
