Frette is seeking a Hospitality Account Executive to join our team, working on a hybrid schedule out of our NYC office.

The Hospitality Account Executive is responsible for building, developing, and maintaining relationships with new and existing Corporate and independent hospitality accounts in the assigned area to drive sales and achieve revenue targets. This includes conducting market research, attending market events, preparing presentations, quotations, handling sample requests, and ensuring on-time delivery to meet Brand and client standards.

JOB DUTIES:

  1. Run daily, weekly, monthly reports on assigned accounts for management.
  2. Research new opportunities to grow the business, using established lead methods and research sources to determine their potential.
  3. Establish and maintain business relationships with current customers, collecting feedback and ensuring satisfaction with the Brand and products.
  4. Understand client needs and challenges and develop solutions that meet and exceed expectations.
  5. Develop clear and effective proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  6. Partner with our Customer Service team to manage inquiries and orders for house accounts.
  7. Resolve client issues or requests promptly.
  8. Collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability, specifications of custom requests, and resolve product complaints.
  9. Order, send, and track sample requests to ensure products meet client requests and Brand standards.
  10. Stay informed about product applications, market conditions, and competitive activities.
  11. Attend in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  12. Represent the brand at marketing and networking events to promote Frette products in the Hospitality Market.
  13. Collect new contacts and follow up to develop future business relationships.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Marketing, Hospitality, or Business Management)
  2. 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the Hospitality industry or as a supplier.
  3. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.
  4. Experience with D365 ERP, PowerBI.
  5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of handling sensitive inquiries and complaints.
  6. Entrepreneurial mindset to build relationships, new businesses, and maximize revenue.
  7. Strong analytical, negotiation, and sales pitching skills.
  8. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires international travel once per year and 20% domestic travel.
