White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable and Receivable team member in Austin to ensure timely, accurate processing of financial transactions and to maintain essential vendor and customer relationships.

The role requires at least one year in AP/AR within hospitality, proficiency in Excel/Word, and strong organizational skills. Excellent communication and attention to detail are a must.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; accounting coursework or certification is a plus.
• At least one year of experience in A/P and A/R, ideally in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and financial systems including Excel and Word.
• Excellent organizational skills and keen eye for detail; ability to handle repetitive tasks.
• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with front office systems and hotel billing processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review accounts to ensure they meet corporate guidelines and research duplicates before payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements monthly and attach invoices before signature.
• Maintain and organize reports and records per document retention policy.
• Process and post transactions including guest ledger transfers, folios, chargebacks, and no-show charges.
• Handle inquiries from guests, groups, and vendors with prompt, professional follow-up.
• Prepare and reconcile accounts receivable invoices and manage billing cycles (FIT/tour, deposits, gift cards).
