Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration or related field.
• Master of Health Administration or MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience as a health professional.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible management experience in ambulatory settings.
• Knowledge of healthcare delivery, finance, and legislation.
• Familiarity with benchmarking and Best Practice research.
• Knowledge of computer systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct operational activities of medical practices.
• Oversee adherence to policies and effective communication with staff.
• Lead staffing, practice growth, and customer service improvements.
• Ensure strong financial performance and process improvement.
• Report to Service Line Administrator – Hospitalists.
