Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a FULL TIME NURSE PRACTITIONER OR PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT to join the inpatient Hospitalist team. The role involves admissions coverage, rapid response, and floor calls in a 7 on/7 off schedule, with opportunity to pilot a new APP utilization program across hospital campuses.

Requirements include a Master of Science, ARNP or PA certification and licensure, and 4+ years of hospitalist experience (5+ years NP experience preferred).

Qualifications

• Master of Science degree required.
• ARNP or PA certification and licensure required.
• 4+ years hospitalist experience; 5+ years NP experience preferred.
• Certified Nurse Practitioner or ARNP licensed professional required.

Responsabilités

• Cover admissions, rapid response and floor calls as part of the Hospitalist team.
• 7 on/7 off schedule and participate in developing new APP utilization programs.
