Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in skilled nursing facilities serving residents in East Lansing, Michigan.

This full-time, on-site role offers flexible scheduling, no on-call duties, and a collaborative team environment with AI-assisted documentation and access to UpToDate for real-time clinical guidance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board Certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA).
• Geriatrics or post-acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily rounds and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans.
• Document patient care using AI-assisted EHR and voice dictation.
• Access real-time clinical guidance via UpToDate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team in a team-based setting.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time opportunities withflexible scheduling
• Six-hour facility shifts forfull-time providers (rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.)
• No call or overnightresponsibilities
• Conduct daily rounds, manageacute and chronic conditions, and prescribe medications and treatment plans
• Document efficiently using astreamlined EHR with AI Scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPadwith LTE
• Access UpToDate® forreal-time clinical guidance
