Job summary

WM is hiring Hospital Services Technicians to travel between University of New Mexico Hospital, Presbyterian Hospital in Albuquerque, and related facilities to manage waste container collection and exchange for several programs. Start times begin early morning, with on-site training provided.

Qualifications

• Two years industry related experience in a customer service capacity preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• On-site presence at WMHS customer locations and compliance with mandatory immunization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Travel between healthcare facilities to monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for Stericycle programs.
• Interact professionally with on-site staff to meet or exceed service expectations.
• Maintain a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicate duty status on a defined schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
